Welcome to the Carolynn Estates Property Owners Association website. We are a gated community on the southeast side of Cedar Creek Lake. Our community enjoys a boat ramp, a community center with a playground, friendly neighbors, and magnificent sunsets! We consider ourselves a nature preserve due to the many animals that one frequently sees which includes deer, fox, armadillos, and more. We have a nice blend of weekenders and full timers and is certainly the place to be on the Fourth of July weekend!
